Hi, my name is Mrs Sadler (previously Miss Beale) and I joined the East Stour family in 2019, but I have been fortunate enough to work at three other schools over the past 18 years. I am so proud to be the Headteacher at East Stour Primary School.
During my teaching career, I have had wonderful experiences such as being a Deputy Headteacher and Head of School. I also work as a Phonics Literacy Specialist for the Department for Education, supporting schools in Kent. I have a passion for early reading/phonics and adore teaching.
I am so passionate about creating an inclusive environment for all our stakeholders and a happy, welcoming community.
In my personal life I love being a mummy and it is one of my proudest moments in life having my two daughters. In my spare time I enjoy walking my dogs and spending time with my family and friends
