My name is Emma Law and I have been fortunate enough to be the Headteacher and now executive head teacher at East Stour since January 2017.
I have been in education since my PGCE degree in 2000 and have taught every year group across the Primary setting. My passion is literacy and I love exciting vocabulary and use it any chance I get. I have a core belief that every child deserves an excellent education that is enhanced by feeling valued by the adults around them. I am part of the EKC Trust executive leadership team and also support the local authority as an SEN Inclusion champion. In my spare time I am a practising Ofsted Inspector and love the ability to share the great practise I see back in East Stour.
In my spare time I love to read and practice yoga. I can often be found walking my dogs Calli and Penny, who also work as school therapy dogs at East Stour.
