Hi, my name is Mrs Sadler (previously Miss Beale) and I have worked at East Stour for four years, but I have been fortunate enough to work at three other schools over the past 15 years.
During my teaching career, I have had wonderful experiences such as being a Deputy Headteacher and Head of School. I am currently Assistant Headteacher, leading on Quality of Education, and I also work as a Phonics Literacy Specialist for the Department for Education, supporting a school in Kent. I have a passion for early reading/phonics and adore teaching.
In my personal life I love being a mummy and it is one of my proudest moments in life having my two daughters. In my spare time I enjoy walking my dogs and spending time with my family and friends.
